Sterling’s house was broken into and £300,000 worth of property was lost

Police have named three Albanian men, Alfred Isufi (48), Gerard Kalaja (22), and Henri Osmani (44), who are suspected of being linked to a burglary at Raheem Sterling’s home last year.

Detectives from Surrey Police are actively searching for these individuals, who are believed to have been involved in 33 burglaries across Surrey, Essex, Kent, and Hertfordshire, resulting in an estimated total of £1 million.

The December break-in at Sterling’s Oxshott residence, during which jewelry and watches valued at £300,000 were reported stolen, is among the incidents linked to this trio. Raheem Sterling was away at the World Cup in Qatar with the England squad when the burglary occurred.

Detective Inspector James Ansell stated that an appeal for information about these individuals will be made on the BBC’s Crimewatch show in the coming weeks. Isufi, Kalaja, and Osmani have known connections to Harlow, Essex, and North London, and authorities thought that they are still in the UK.

Det Insp Ansell emphasized the priority placed on investigating burglary dwellings by Surrey Police, assuring that they will relentlessly pursue these offenders. Sterling, upon learning of the incident, returned home from Qatar to be with his family and missed England’s 3-0 victory over Senegal on December 4 but subsequently rejoined the tournament.
