The One Hyde Park penthouse in Knightsbridge for $281 million and a home close to Belgrave Square for $192 million are the two prized residences that the billionaire intends to sell. The buddy of King Charles wants to sell those assets for just under $500 million, but only at the asking price. Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, his son, recently made headlines with a $6.3 billion offer for Manchester United. Between Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park in the heart of London, the six-story hulk known as Forbes House in Belgravia takes up over an acre of priceless land.

The Belgravia house has 20 bedrooms, a carriage driveway, and 32 spaces for parking, making it almost a palace. One Hyde Park, a luxurious Knightsbridge building, contains four penthouses, including his. The tower was designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. Project Grande Limited, CPC Group, and Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani collaborated to construct the structure.

The stunning apartment at One Hyde Park personifies British grandeur and opulence. Five bedrooms, a Japanese-inspired kitchen, a 750-bottle wine room, a spa with a sauna and a steam room, a fitness center, and two outdoor terraces are all features of the 18,000-square-foot penthouse.

If potential buyers reject his high asking prices, the Qatari politician with a net worth of $1.2 billion may decide not to sell his prized properties, according to Bloomberg.
