A sleek new structure with a black and ivory exterior and a lavish gold crown will be added to Miami’s brilliant skyline. Dolce & Gabbana’s first-ever real estate venture, the 888 Brickell building, is the result of a collaboration with JDS Development. The 1,049-foot tower, which is rumored to be Miami’s highest structure, will house the residences and a five-star hotel.
The Waldorf Astoria Miami and Foster+Partner’s The Towers are two of the building’s main attractions, and it’s anticipated to be finished in 2027.
Expect the Dolce & Gabbana treatment in all 259 units, including the one- to four-bedroom condos, opulent amenities, and even the smallest of details. According to JDS Development Group CEO and founder Michael Stern, “We’re selling fully turnkey apartments — we’re completely fitting them out and furnishing them; accessorizing down to the bathrobes and books on the bookshelf.”
