Rio Ferdinand believes Erik ten Hag has ’embarrassed’ Jadon Sancho

After responding to Ten Hag’s criticism of his training, Sancho is currently training apart from the first team.

After United’s 3-1 loss to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, in which the winger did not even make the trip, Ten Hag made his displeasure with Sancho clear.

Sancho, 23, joined United in a £73 million deal from Borussia Dortmund in 2021, but when he will return to first-team training is unknown. Ferdinand is worried that there is no turning back for Sancho.

What happened for you to get kicked off the team? Do the manager and player have a history together? Is it just that he isn’t putting in the work he thinks he should? What Ferdinand had to sаy on Vibe with Five.

He has tried everything to get the best performance out of Jadon Sancho, but to no avail. I believe Jadon would agree that he has not yet justified the high price tag attached to his services.

The manager has said, “This is my last opportunity; I can’t extract any more information from him, so I’ll go public with it and see if the pressure of public humiliation and his pride is enough to make him sаy, “I’m not having this” and “I’m coming back with a performance.”

A victim of his was Rashford. He was our star player, the source of all of our offense, and he was on fire and at the peak of his performance when the manager told him to take a seat on the bench for being late to a meeting. Ego, pride, and increasing strеss levels all lead you to believe, “Wait a minute, I’m the man here.” It was fortunate for him, because if United had lost, the noise level would have been over the roof after the game.

Manager’s decision to go public with Jadon was a bold one, and one has to wonder if he really grasped the potential consequences.
