Admire the ‘massive’ mansion Zendaya purchased for her father for billions of dollars

Zendaya loves her parents very much. Despite owning several homes, the well-known actress (“Euphoria,” “Dune,” “Spider-Man”) once lived with either her mother Claire Stoermer or her native Oaklander father Kazembe Ajamu Coleman. The two are still “homies,” according to Zendaya, despite their 2016 divorce.

The 26-year-old spent $1.9 million for a house for her father, following The Rock, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Beyoncé. The spectacular home is situated in West Hills, a section of the San Fernando Valley close to Calabasas and Woodland Hills.

In 2008, the two-story home from the 1990s was refurbished and sold for $1.1 million. New hardwood flooring can be found on the main level, which also features a double-height lobby with periwinkle-colored walls.

The formal dining room features French doors opening to the pool, and the living and family rooms both have fireplaces. A built-in bar with dark brown cabinets and white quartz surfaces is part of the freshly renovated kitchen.

Two bedrooms are located on the bottom floor of the 3,400 square foot home, while three bedrooms are located upstairs. The second-floor master bedroom has a sitting area, a modern bathroom, and a private terrace with views of the city lights and the mountains. One of the rooms in the basement serves as an office.

The outside features include grassy front and backyards, a raised spa next to the pool, and a built-in BBQ area with bar stools.

Outside cooling from the heat of the San Fernando Valley is provided by a covered loggia and a circular fire pit for s’mores. The $205 monthly HOA dues for a high-end housing complex cover park-like common facilities and neighborhood security.

Zendaya has a New York City apartment in addition to her first home, a Mediterranean-styled house in Northridge. In Encino, she has a $4 million hilltop residence that is her most expensive home.
