Admire the ‘huge’ mansion worth billions of dollars that Zendaya bought for her father

Her parents are dear to Zendaya. Despite having multiple residences, the internationally renowned actress (“Euphoria,” “Dune,” “Spider-Man”) previously resided with either her mother Claire Stoermer or her father Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, an Oakland native. Despite their 2016 divorce, the two are still “homies,” according to Zendaya.

The 26-year-old followed The Rock, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Beyoncé in spending $1.9 million on a home for her father. The magnificent estate is located in West Hills, a neighborhood near Calabasas and Woodland Hills in the San Fernando Valley.

The two-story, 1990s house was renovated and sold for $1.1 million in 2008. The main level has brand-new hardwood floors and a double-height lobby with periwinkle-colored walls.

The living and family rooms both have fireplaces, and the formal dining room has French doors leading to the pool. The newly refurbished kitchen features a built-in bar with dark brown cabinets and white quartz surfaces.

The 3,400 square foot house has two bedrooms on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom on the second floor features a sitting space, a new bathroom, and a private terrace with views of the mountains and city lights. There is an office in one of the basement rooms.

There are grassy front and backyards, a raised spa next to the pool, and a built-in barbecue area with bar seating among the outside amenities.

A covered loggia and a circular fire pit for s’mores provide outside cooling from the San Fernando Valley heat. An upscale home development’s $205 monthly HOA dues pay for park-like communal areas and community security.

Along with her first home, a Northridge property with a Mediterranean design, Zendaya also has an apartment in New York City. Her most expensive home is a $4 million hilltop estate in Encino.
