Sooner or later, Real Madrid will need to strengthen their front line. They are currently somewhat thin up front. They only have Joselu and Rodrygo available, and the latter is only on a temporary loan from Espanyol. That is not a good situation to be in, especially only four games into the new season, and one can only speculate how things will stand up many months from now as tiredness starts to take its toll.
The Italian coach has not been given a good hand by the team, and this is going to be a very challenging season for Carlo Ancelotti’s team. One can only hope that the squad will one day be bolstered.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is one player who has recently been mentioned in connection with a possible transfer to Real Madrid. Since joining Napoli last season, the Georgian international has created a sensation.
And it appears that the door to a future transfer to Real Madrid is largely open. According to ESPN, Kvaratskhelia’s spokesperson Mamuka Jugeli stated in a conversation with Calcio Napoli:
“When Kvara is ready to play for Real Madrid or Barcelona, it will be evaluated in the future.”
A player worth €100 million makes room for Real Madrid to moveSince joining Napoli, Kvaratskhelia has been a revelation. He still has room for improvement, though, in some areas.
He needs to be more consistent, for instance. He had really poor form toward the close of the previous season. But given that he is only 22 years old, he still has lots of time to improve.
There is no denying Kvaratshkelia’s skill and promise. He may someday play for Real Madrid. But before thinking about a move of such magnitude, Napoli might be the perfect environment for him to grow and progress.
