Step inside the two villas of black billionaire Strive Masiyiwa at the top of Eldorado 29 Tower

A tycoon in the Zimbabwean telecoms sector named Strive Masiyiwa spent $24.5 million on two penthouse condos in the Eldorado skyscraper.

The Real Deal said that the top two levels of the neighboring residences in the 29-story tower of 300 Central Park have five bedrooms. John and Valerie Rowe handled the sale.

Strive Masiyiwa, 56, founded the pan-African Econet Wireless Group, a profitable telecom company with operations in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, and Burundi as well as interests in US and New Zealand telecom companies. Masiyiwa spokeswoman Sure Kamhunga was unavailable for comment.
