Eminem lost nearly 3 million dollars selling this mansion

Eminem, a 15-time Grammy award winner, purchased a $4.75 million mansion in Rochester Hills, Michigan, back in 2003, just a year after his role in “8 Mile.” However, according to Trulia, the 44-year-old rapper listed the property for $2 million 14 years later.

This expansive estate, spanning 17,500 square feet, is nestled on 5.7 acres in the northern suburbs of Metropolitan Detroit, Eminem’s hometown. The entrance boasts a stone façade and a terrace, while the kitchen features a breakfast nook, ample cabinet space, and elegant wood paneling on the ceiling.

One of the rooms boasts a vaulted ceiling with sleek paneling and large windows, along with glass French doors that adorn most of the walls. The residence includes five bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, as well as two full bathrooms and three half-baths.

The backyard is a true oasis, complete with a cascading waterfall pool, a spa, and a spacious patio. This private yard also features a circular cabana with glass walls and a kitchenette.

The property, partially wooded, includes a guardhouse, a five-car garage, tennis and basketball courts with charming gazebos, and ample outdoor lighting. Additionally, the expansive estate boasts a private pond and a guesthouse complete with a game area.
