The owners of this two-berth Gulf Harbour Marina home have finally advertised it after exploring the entire world for it for 12 years.

Near the point of the Whangaparoa Peninsula, just north of Auckland, is a small portion of the French Riviera that almost passes for Antibes. French is used for even the street names.

Gulf Harbour is a residential community as well as a marina with more than 1000 berths in this tiny corner of paradise. In the exclusive, gated Cap D’Amarres Estate, two of them are just outside this waterfront home on Rue D’Amarres.

The property, which is located on a private waterway, is up for sale for a cool $4.6 million, which also includes the two berths—a 13-foot berth that can accommodate a day boat or jet skis and an 18-foot berth big enough for a launch.
