Erling Haaland, a classy Man City player, gives 175 gift boxes filled with uniforms and footballs to aspiring players in his hometown

In his hometown of Norway, ERLING HAALAND delivered 175 boxes of football uniforms to aspiring players.

The Man City star distributed healthy gift baskets to 1,000 young football players under the age of 12.

The items were sent by the 23-year-old to children in his hometown of Time, Norway, where he was raised.

A football, T-shirt, shorts, football bag, and an Aquafigure water bottle—a company in which Haaland has invested—were given to every youngster.

Each of the packages is worth £111.

The Norwegian star, though, was absent to offer the gifts because he was preoccupied with the weekend hat-trick he scored against Fulham.

His incredible effort helped Pep Guardiola’s team win 5-1, extending City’s winning streak in the Premier League this year.

Haaland has continued his impressive form from the previous season, scoring six goals in just four Premier League games.

The most goals ever scored in a Premier League season were scored by him the previous season, when he broke the record with 36 goals in 35 games.

After scoring 12 goals in the competition, the superstar went on to win the treble and the Champions League Golden Boot for a second time.

The only other player to win it twice before turning 23 is Lionel Messi.

Haaland’s victory was crowned with the PFA Player of the Year honor.

The 23-year-old’s next game will be with the Norway national team.

On September 7th, they play a friendly against Jordan, then on September 12th, they play Georgia in a Euro 2023 qualifying match.
