The children seemed happy as they posed for a picture with Lionel Messi and Giorgio Chiellini’s daughter following Inter Miami’s 3-1 victory over LAFC. The Italian defender referred to the Herons as “the best MLS team I have ever played for.”

The No. 10 for the MLS squad was brilliant once more as he helped his team to an important away victory by dishing out two assists and helping to create two goals.
The defender Chiellini enthusiastically persuaded the Argentine to agree to pose for a photo with his daughter and a friend following the match. The Argentine blew Chiellini’s daughter away entirely.
Messi encircled the two girls with his arm and posed for the picture before giving Chiellini one last hug.
The Italian had nothing but positive things to say about Inter Miami during the game, especially after Jordi Alba’s opening goal for Miami opened the scoring.

Since the day he made his club debut, Messi’s squad has won every one of its 11 games. The team’s League Cup victory over Nashville SC was made possible by Messi, Alba, and Sergio Busquets.

Prior to the Argentine’s debut, the team had the fewest points in MLS, and it currently sits in 14th place, eight points outside of the final play-in berth in the Eastern Conference.
Miami will play every game as a near-must-win with nine games left (more than any East foe due to its Leagues Cup run).
Sporting KC will be the opponent for Messi and Co. on Saturday.
