Manchester United have reconsidered their stance on Mason Greenwood and are now willing to loan him out on deadline day, according to sources at Football Insider.
Getafe, a La Liga club, have put forward an offer to take the forward on loan, as there has been a limited appetite for permanent deals involving Greenwood.
Earlier this month, Manchester United officially announced that the 21-year-old would depart the club through mutual agreement following a six-month internal investigation into his behavior.
Greenwood, who is under contract at Old Trafford until 2025, may now be either sold or loaned to another club for the duration of his contract. Initially, Manchester United had only considered a permanent transfer, but they have had to revise their approach due to a lack of interest in the market.
