Manchester United has consistently looked for a new home for Donny Van de Beek throughout the years. They have recently been aggressively talking with Real Sociedad, but ultimately, the talks between the two parties have not produced any outcomes. The Dutch star is still expected to exit Old Trafford through that entrance, though.

Journalist Santi Aouna recently stated that Manchester United and Ligue 1 team Lorient had agreed to loan Van De Beek to each other. Because De Beek was rarely linked to this club by the media throughout the summer, this news may come as a shock to fans.

This agreement is still highly dangerous, according to a source from Aouna, because Lorient and De Beek need to talk more about their personal relationships. Prior to that, despite Manchester United accepting a £30 million offer from The Hammers, Harry Maguire and West Ham United were unable to reach an agreement.
