The owner of Oracle Corporation owns an “uncountable” real estate portfolio spread across the United States. The mansion in Malibu, California was purchased by Ellison in 2018 for $38 million.

This is the billionaire’s 12th real estate in the Malibu neighborhood, California. The villa is located along Carbon beach, which is known as “billionaire’s beach”. Ellison is said to have spent more than $229 million on properties in the area.

The villa is more than 520 m2 with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, bought by Larry Ellison from the famous film producer Joel Silver. Previously, the villa cost 57.5 million USD when it was put on the market in April 2016.

The space inside the villa is a combination of brick walls and wooden floors. Skylights and high ceilings provide natural light, blending with colorful furniture.

The master bedroom is spacious and airy with an area to receive guests. Glass doors lead to a balcony equipped with a roof so that you can sit and watch the ocean view.
