The Yankees are having a rough season. So are some of their fans. ‘It’s a nιghtmare’

There is less than enthusiastic fan support for the Yankees when they return home this weekend to take on their fiercest foe, the Boston Red Sox.

They are currently 60-61, and it has been 28 years since they finished with a losing record, thus many of the adult supporters have never seen the team perform this poorly.

Eric Buttleman, a 28-year-old from Prospect Heights who has been a fan since he was two, said he had never been to a game before.

To put it bluntly, “It’s a nightmare,” he remarked. It’s incredibly painful to see.

The diehard fan arrived at Yankee Stadium on Friday night sporting a Bronx Bombers jersey and cap, declaring that he wouldn’t let this year deter him.

As he entered the subway, he remarked, “Yankee Stadium is like my favorite place on earth.” “If we lose to Boston, I’m going to lose my mind, but I’ll never be mad at a Yankees game.”

A losing season would be the first for the squad since 1992 if they don’t do better.

“There are no words that anyone on planet earth can say to fix the 2023 Yankees,” remarked Rational Yankees Fan on X (previously Twitter). Better players are required. So long.

Tyrell James, a native of Bed-Stuy, New York, was unable to attend the Friday night game but intended to listen to it while at the office. None of his squads, he argued, are excelling.

The Yankees have been struggling. It’s not looking good for the Knicks. James has expressed his desire for a revival of the struggling New York sports scene.

However, he was still optimistic about Friday’s game.

Advice for the players: “Every game I’m going in like they’re gonna win,” he stated. Take part in vigorous team play. So long.

The Bombers currently hold the worst record in their division and are 6.5 games behind the eighth and final wild card slot.

The Yankees were down 8-3 to the Red Sox after the top of the third inning and could never come back.
