Shaquille O’Neal’s son, Shareef, has stated that Bronny James is well and able to return to basketball immediately following his cardiac arrest.

Last month, the son of NBA superstar LeBron James collapsed and died on the court at the University of Southern California (USC). Bronny’s father, a member of the Los Angeles Lakers, lives close to the campus of the university where Bronny has committed to play.

However, the 18-year-old collapsed on the court and was taken to the hospital, raising concerns about his health and, by extension, his NBA dreams. Shareef O’Neal, who has dealt with heart problems before, has reassured Bronny that he is healthy enough to continue.

We can vouch for him. Shareef said to TMZ, “I don’t think it will affect anything” when questioned about Bronny. Shareef, who had open-heart surgery in 2018, is determined to follow in his father’s footsteps and play in the NBA.

Shareef was diagnosed with a heart condition and underwent significant surgery as a freshman at UCLA, a rival of USC. Shareef recovered completely, and he is now playing basketball at LSU. Shareef was not selected by any NBA team in the 2022 NBA Draft.

It was predicted that by 2025, Bronny would be a top prоspect and would be ready for the draft. LeBron James has a lifelong desire of sharing the court with his son, and he has vowed to keep playing until he makes that dream a reality.

inside 9:26 a.m. PT, Bronny passed out inside USC’s Gallen Center and was then rushed away in an ambulance. It was said that “yesterday while practicing, Bronny Jame.s suffered a cardiac arrest,” according to a family statement.

After administering care, medical personnel were able to transport Bronny to the hospital. He is no longer in critical care because his condition has stabilized. The James family has requested privacy at this time, and we will provide updates as they become available.
