After Jalen Brunson left his wallet in the locker room during the game against Puerto Rico, his teammates pranked him by buying food for the team.
Players of the New York Knicks discovered point guard Jalen Brunson’s wallet in the locker room and used the money to buy themselves snacks.
Brunson and Team USA were in Las Vegas to play Puerto Rico in an international friendly when the point guard forgot to bring his wallet.
New Orleans Pelicans’ Brandon Ingram and Indiana Pacers’ Tyrese Haliburton made the discovery. After finding it, the two went to the T-Mobile Arena vending machine to pull a prank on the celebrity.
They then posted a video to Instagram boasting about their success.Haliburton displayed a bag of Funyuns and said, “JB left his wallet and we Һit him,” captioning the video, “Know you good for it.”
Brunson’s red Gatorade, Ruffles potato chips, and cinnamon roll were all on display, but it appeared like Ingram took greater use of the situation.Brunson was clearly dissatisfied with their efforts after viewing the video, expressing his thoughts as, “Can’t even be good criminals smh.”
The match was just one of many warm-ups for the upcoming World Cup that the United States is participating in.
They’ll play four more times, with next opponents including Slovenia, Spain, Greece, and Germany.
Warriors’ ex-players Kent Bazemore, Juan Toscano-Anderson highlight free agent workouts
After Draymond Green attacked Jordan Poole, then a member of the Washingtоn Wizards, the Warriors seemed to lose some of their luster last season. In 2023, Steve Kerr and the Warriors will try again for the NBA title after attempting to put the incident and the poor season behind them.’As important as superstars like Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry are to the Warriors’ success, supporting cast members have always played just as crucial a role. Cory Joseph, one of them, recently shared distressing ιnjury news. Mike Dunleavy, the team’s new general manager, didn’t lose any sleep over the Poole trade because he believes things will go back to normal without the former Michigan star.
The Warriors have been busy this summer, holding workouts for two former players who have a special place in the hearts of Dubs fans, as well as another former Michigan Wolverine great and a former Duke Blue Ԁevil. Per Shams Charania of The Athletic, the team has scheduled workouts for Dion Waiters, Tony Snell, Kent Bazemore, Juan Toscano-Anderson, Harry Giles, and Trey Burke.Even with Poole’s 20.1 ppg average last season, the Warriors tied for 11th in the NBA in total team offense.
The development of young players like Jonathan Kuminga and the durability of Chris Paul’s backup point guard role will determine whether or not the Warriors can increase that number.Toscano-Anderson shot nearly 45% from the field last season and scored three points per game for the Utah Jazz. For the Kings, Bazemore averaged 8.0 points per game on 41% shooting.
Both players are not stars on par with Poole, but they do seem to fit the Warriors’ stated goal of improving team cohesion and reverting to the Warriors’ tried-and-true formula of ball movement, togetherness, and drаmа-free basketball on and off the court.
