He first became champion in 2011, and he kept that title for the next seven years.Instagram user Roc Shabazz, a fitness trainer who has helped former professional athletes like Shaquille O’Neal, Ray Lewis, Shannon Sharpe, and Ray Rice get in shape, is also mentioned in the post’s caption. In 2021, O’Neal will serve as a brand ambassador for Novex Biotech, a firm known for its male enhancement supplements.
O’Neal, who currently works as a commentator for NBA on TNT, has made improving his physical health a top goal. More than a week after undergoing hip surgery in March, he posted a video to Instagram showing himself utilizing a weight machine at a gym.
The Basketball Hall of Famer captioned the video, “bout to get my game back alll you old dudes that hoop in @24hrfitness @lafitness @lifetimefitness.”
In the same issue of PEOPLE, O’Neal stated that he had lost 40 pounds and planned to lose another 20 before reaching his “ultimate” goal weight of around 350. He has adopted a healthier diet in addition to his cardio and weight training routines.
‘It’s Time to Really Shred It Up,’ Shaquille O’Neal says, as he begins his final 20-pound push to reach his ‘ultimate’ goal weight.
“I’m more energized now.” Now I’m feeling fantastic. I get to experience new things. O’Neal noted at the time, “And it helps you discipline yourself much more.” I used to eat four or five times a day, but now I just eat junk food twice a day.
“This morning I’ll have a shake for breakfast and then Һit the gym,” the author writes. The second course will most likely be mini egg wraps. Salad for dinner number three, followed by chicken and steak for dinners four and five. If I watch what I eat, I can still eat. And don’t forget to eliminate the trivial. We can’t have any more junk food like Cheetos and cupcakes. So, the more self-control you can exert, the sooner you’ll observe positive changes.
