Fans of the New York Yankees worry that the season is “officially over” after Aaron Judge and other stars were seen at a “cursed” Drake concert.
The big-time rapper brought out Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton from the New York Yankees at his show on Sunday. This made baseball fans say that the season is “officially over.” As Drake started his show, the three walked down the stadium’s stairs to the stage in front of a full crowd.
Yankees fans rushed to social media to talk about how worried they were about the “curse.”
One person said, “Drake has cursed us.”
Someone else said, “After the Drake curse, I hope they don’t both end up on the IL.”
Third: “Oh, so the World Series is definitely off the table.”
And a fourth: “Those boys are going to be last in the AL East when August comes, and they’re done with this season.”
While loved this moment and thought it was special.
One person said, “These walkouts are iconic.” Judge got hurt at Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles when he made a great catch and ran into the wall.
But he’s almost back, and he just started hitting live balls in practice.
Stanton has had a bad season, hitting only.207 with 13 home runs.
The Yankees are 53-47, and they are tied with the Red Sox for last place in the American League East.
