Sadio Mane, a former Liverpool striker, has formally left Bayern Munich in order to sign for the Al-Nassr team in Saudi Arabia during the summer 2023 transfer window.
Sadio Mane has struggled to have an effect in his first season in the Bundesliga after moving from Liverpool to Bayern Munich in a £35 million transfer last summer. Near the close of the previous campaign, Mane’s prospects of starting a game decreased after Bayern Munich punished him for hitting teammate Leroy Sane.
Despite getting offers to return to the Premier League, Mane decided to accept the invitation to play with Cristiano Ronaldo after obtaining an attractive offer from Al-Nassr.
Additionally, transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano just provided official confirmation of Mane’s joining Al-Nassr with the well-known “Here we go” command.
As a result, Al Nassr ultimately acquired a talented youngster from Bayern Munich following extensive negotiations. The two clubs have set a transfer fee of approximately 37 million euros, and Mane’s physical is being planned.
According to German media, Mane will reportedly fly to Saudi Arabia in the next hours to consummate this truly amazing transaction. It is not unexpected that the Senegalese striker chose to accept the invitation to play for Al Nassr when presented with such an alluring offer from West Asia.
As a result, the Saudi Pro League club has continued its active summer by bringing in many top rookies. This club successfully lured Brozovic, Fofana, Talisca, Ospina, and Alex Telles before Mane.
