Reports suggest that PSG has spoken with Neymar to secure his future at the club before the interest of Manchester United and coach Ten Hag.
Despite fans protesting in front of his apartment, Neymar is said to be satisfied with new manager Mauricio Pochettino and hopes to remain at the Parc des Princes for the upcoming season, thereby dismissing the interest of Man United and Ten Hag.
Le Parisien newspaper has reported that Neymar has almost completely recovered from his ankle injury and will focus on PSG’s upcoming tour in Japan.
He is expected to increase the intensity of his training from next week and is likely to play in PSG’s tour at the end of this month.
Meanwhile, Man United has secured the services of Marcus Rashford with a new contract, which will see the striker stay with the “Red Devils” until 2028, with the option to extend for another year.
Rashford will receive a huge salary of up to £300,000 per week, making him one of the highest-paid players in the Premier League.
Before recruiting Mason Mount and Andre Onana, coach Ten Hag made it clear that Rashford was also a necessary target in his project. Man United is aiming to compete for titles next season, especially in the Premier League and Champions League.
As for Neymar’s future, it remains to be seen how the situation will develop, but it seems that the Brazilian superstar is content with life at PSG under the new management.
